How We Charge

An Upfront Flat Rate Price Will Protect You and Your Home!

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH A JOB WILL COST IN ADVANCE.

You should NEVER have to pay the price for slow and inefficient service. But that’s exactly what tends to happen when you pay service technicians by the hour instead of by the job. Because we charge by the job, you never pay for slow or lazy technicians or for run-around time for parts and other materials. And because it’s in our best interest to work as efficiently as possible, we stock our trucks with the proper tools and parts, and train our fully licensed plumbers to do the job efficiently and correctly the first time around.

For a small trip charge, we will dispatch your fully licensed plumber who will then give you a price to diagnose the problem needing service and conclude what repairs are necessary and how much the repairs will cost. With your authorization of the proposed work, the trip charge is then applied toward the work and our plumber will perform the necessary repairs right then and there, whenever possible. If you choose not to have the service performed, your only investment will be the initial trip charge but you will still get a professionally written estimate by one of our fully licensed plumbers. The standard trip charge for Chicago and some of the near suburbs is $35. Outlying communities may be slightly higher. This pricing system gives you the benefit of having a proficient problem solving plumber who will do the job right the first time. This pricing system is in contrast to time and material pricing systems where you suffer and the company is rewarded for having inexperienced or slow plumbers. By removing the clock emphasis, our plumbers don’t feel pressured to hurry, which might cause a mistake, but can take the time necessary to make sure the job is done right the first time.
